ProX 1 Year Remote & Phone Service & Support
ProX's ala-carte services include administration via remote control and basic phone support. These services are good for 1 year and is renewable. This service is not onsite.
ProX 3 Year Standard Parts w/ 3 Year Depot
ProX's standard hardware is a 3 year on parts with a 3 year depot which includes parts and labor if the unit is shipped back to the factory for repair.
ProX 3 year Advanced Parts Replacement
ProX's 3 year advanced parts replacement is also available.
ProX 3 Year 8 x 5 NBD Onsite Hardware Service Contracts
ProX's 8 x 5 next business day onsite hardware service contracts are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST on Monday's through Friday's (Not including holidays). This service is for hardware replacement only.
ProX 3 Year 8 x 5, 4 Hour Response Onsite Hardware Service Contracts
ProX's 8 x 5, 4 hour response onsite hardware service contracts are 8 hours a day 5 days a week. This service is for hardware replacement only.
